Webster is a MTSS (multi-tiered systems of support) school. We know that every student has different social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs and we meet those needs through a tiered approach.

Under the MTSS umbrella we use PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports), which focuses on clear school-wide expectations and recognition of students making positive choices.  At Webster, we work to promote a school community whose members are responsible, respectful and safe.  This model is based in behavioral research and has proven to have a positive impact on academics and behaviors.

Throughout this year, the PBIS Team will be asking students, staff, and our community for information and feedback.  We want your input!
