Hi, I’m Lorraine Wagner, your new MPS Wellness Coordinator.  With 10Picture of Lorraine Wagner outdoors years of experience in the Benefits Department, I’m excited in my new role to provide assistance and opportunities for you to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Yoga for Stress Relief 6-week workshop Monday, 11/7 – 12/12
Yoga encourages mental and physical relaxation, which helps reduce stress and anxiety. Click here for more information. (This class has already been filled.  Since this is a popular request, we're looking into adding more of these types of classes in the future.)

It's easy to use; visit cignacommunity.findhelp.com  and enter a zip code. You can search by keyword or category. Viola! You will receive a list of organizations with details on services they provide, plus their contact information.
