Westwood Warriors – Aerobics/Fitness 

 

 

Westwood physical education department believes active participation by students to be the most important and beneficial aspect of physical education.  Students are encouraged and expected to participate in physical activity which contributes to a healthy lifestyle.    It is the single factor that students totally control, therefore, the emphasis of the grading scale is based on participation.  It is also important that each student gain a better understanding of their own level of fitness, and the factors that contribute to good health.   Fitness testing will be done each semester.
