Have you been added to a group email but no longer need to be a part of the ongoing conversation? Simply mute the email.

• Click on the email.
• Once it’s opened, click on the more options icon (the three dots) located at the top of the email.
• Now, click Mute.

The email will be automatically archived along with any future replies. This will also silence those distracting notifications of any new replies. Since the email is not deleted, you can search and find it if it is needed again.
