As we prepare for our upcoming Promotion Ceremony, we kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a smooth and timely start to the event. All guests must sign in using our Visitor Aware system on campus, and we highly encourage everyone to pre-register in advance using the following link:

Please note the following important details:

  • All visitors are required to check in using our iPads located at the entrance.

  • We only have two iPads available, which may cause delays during check-in.

  • A state-issued photo ID is required to complete the sign-in process.

  • The process takes several minutes per person, so we strongly recommend arriving early.

  • The Promotion Ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00 AM and cannot be delayed due to early dismissal schedules.

  • All guests must be signed in before entering the event.
